Inverted AeroPress

  1. 01 Invert the AeroPress. Plunger on the bottom, cap off.
  2. 02 Blade-grind a scoop of Major Dickason's until it looks about right.
  3. 03 Dump it in. No scale needed — the scoop is the scale.
  4. 04 Pour in 185°F water, then set the timer for 1:20 on the dot. Don't walk away, it's gotta be stirred!
  5. 05 At the beep: Screw on the cap, and flip it onto the mug.
  6. 06 Press slowly until you hear the hiss.
  7. 07 Enjoy!
